Like every Friday, during the lockdown, we had a great, instructive online training with our head instructor Mr. Matt Snell. Some guests were also present this time. Surely the online training is no substitute for the Kenpo training on the mat, but difficult times demand simple solutions. There will also come a time after Corona.
Wie jeden Freitag, während des Lockdowns, hatten wir wieder ein tolles, lehrreiches Online Training mit unserem Head Instructor Mr. Matt Snell. Einige Gäste waren diesmal auch mit dabei. Sicherlich ist das Online Training kein Ersatz für das Kenpo Training auf der Matte, aber schwierige Zeiten, fordern einfache Lösungen. Es wird auch eine Zeit nach Corona kommen.
