Am kommenden Wochenende sollte das 4. Internationale Friendship Kenpo Camp in Mönchengladbach stattfinden. Heute hätten wir die ersten Gäste begrüßen können und wir wären voller Vorfreude in die kommenden Tage gestartet.
Leider hat uns Corona einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht. Viele internationale Kenpo-Veranstaltungen konnten und können in dieser Zeit nicht wie gewohnt stattfinden.
Diese schwierigen Zeiten haben aber auch gezeigt, was Freundschaften, Leidenschaft und der Zusammenhalt der Kenpo-Familie bewirken können. Es gibt international viele Zoom-Sessions, Videos werden ausgetauscht und natürlich werden Fragen beantwortet oder man redet einfach miteinander.
Für diesen Zusammenhalt möchten wir uns von ganzem Herzen, sicher auch im Namen vieler anderer, bedanken. Unsere Kenpo-Reise wird weitergehen und wir werden uns nicht entmutigen lassen, bald wieder gemeinsam auf der Matte zu stehen. Es ist toll, Teil dieser großartigen Familie und Gemeinschaft zu sein.
Passt gut auf Euch auf, bleibt gesund und stark. Wir sehen uns alle bald wieder.
The 4th International Friendship Kenpo Camp was to take place in Mönchengladbach next weekend. Today we would have been able to welcome the first guests and we would have started the coming days full of anticipation.
Unfortunately, Corona threw a spanner in the works. Many international Kenpo events could not and cannot take place as usual during this time.
However, these difficult times have also shown what friendships, passion and the cohesion of the Kenpo family can achieve. There are plenty of Zoom sessions available internationally, videos are exchanged and, of course, questions are answered or people just talk to each other.
For this cohesion, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart, certainly also on behalf of many others. Our Kenpo journey will continue and we will not be discouraged to stand together on the mat again soon. It’s great to be part of this great family and community.
